How Safe Is My Booking?
We understand you may be concerned about making a future booking while there is still some uncertainty of when international travel will resume again. As always, we want to make travel possible for everyone, so we’ve added some new features to our tour bookings. We want to give you the confidence and peace of mind that, should the situation change, you have full flexibility to postpone or cancel your coach tour booking.

Flexible Date Changes
If you wish to change your coach tour departure date, you can do so as many times as you wish for any reason. We won’t charge any amendment administration fees so long as the departure date you are moving from is more than 45 days away (60 days or more if your tour has an internal flight).
The safety and protection of our travellers are our primary focus, as such, if the decision is made by Expat Explore and your tour is not able to depart, you have the ability to choose a new date that will suit you.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
At Expat Explore we understand that life can often be unpredictable so you can book your coach tour with the comfort of knowing you have 30 days to change your mind, risk free. Just let us know and we’ll give you a full refund of all payments you have made.
Please note: Full payment is required at 45 days prior to departure at which point the offer expires.

Only Pay 45 Days Before Departure
At the time of booking, you only need to pay a small deposit to secure your seat(s) and lock-in your price. The remaining balance payment of your tour is not due until 45 days before your tour begins.
This gives you peace of mind with your booking, and plenty of time to plan your finances.
