Fantastic tour. Fantastic tour leaders...
This was our first trip to Japan and it was excellent. Without a doubt our tour leaders (Jamie Seymour and Kanako) made this trip. We saw wonderful places but above all we got to experience Japanese culture, food and the people in a way that we (my wife and I) wouldn't have done had we travelled alone to Japan. Expat made it fun, engaging and full of wonderful experiences that gave us a memorable holiday.

An excellent introduction
Having a great guide makes all the difference to your tour. Jamie's knowledge, friendliness and Aussie good humour was perfectly paced for this trip along with Kanako as the 'fixer' No question too weird, no request too difficult. Absolute gems were the Ohara Museum of Art in Kurashiki and the Mishima Sky Walk - so unexpected! The serene Mitaki temple contrasted so well with the busy techno Japan. A land of surprises, humility, colour, humour, adventure and insight that left me smiling and definitely wanting to go back.
