In addition to Expat Explore’s standard Terms & Conditions, the following Terms & Conditions apply to our CHASElist competition. In the event of a discrepancy between the standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who meet the Entry Requirements set out below. Employees of Expat Explore Travel, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition, are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition. By submitting an entry and participating in the Competition, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The competition will commence on 12 June 2026 at 00:01 AM GMT and will close on 31 August 2026 at 11:59 PM GMT. Entries received outside of this competition period will not be considered.
Participants must follow the entry instructions as stated on the competition web page.
A single individual is permitted to submit the form once per tour. Any subsequent entries will not be considered.
All submissions must comply with the following guidelines:
By submitting content you grant Expat Explore a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, nonexclusive licence to upload, store, use, modify, display, copy and distribute said content.
A participant can earn a maximum of two entries into the competition: one entry for submitting all of the required challenges, and a further entry for submitting the optional bonus entry.
The first winner will be drawn at random on 15 July 2026 from all entries received to date, and the second winner will be drawn at random on 1 September 2026 from all entries received to date.
Expat Explore reserves the right to disqualify entries it considers to be fraudulent or automated. Expat Explore does not need to provide proof of such activity, and its decision regarding winner selection is final.
Winners will be announced via email and on Expat Explore’s social media channels within 7 days of the competition closing.
The winners will be notified through the contact details provided during their entry submission.
If a winner does not respond within 30 days of the initial communication, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited at the discretion of Expat Explore. In such a case, Expat Explore reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

By participating in the competition, each winner agrees that Expat Explore may use their first name, likeness, and competition-related content for reasonable promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Personal information collected from participants during the competition will be handled in accordance with the Expat Explore Privacy Policy, and will solely be used for the purpose of administering the competition, unless consent to receive marketing communications is selected during the form submission.
Expat Explore reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent, offensive, or inappropriate conduct. Expat Explore Travel decisions regarding the competition, including but not limited to the selection of the winner, are final and binding.
Expat Explore Travel Ltd, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant arising from or in connection with participation in the Competition or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
