We design guided tours to destinations such as Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States & Canada, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South America at affordable prices.

Two friends, Carl & Jakes, started the company through a shared passion for exploring. They have conducted group tour travel adventures since 2005 with the goal of providing fun, affordable, convenient and once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences. The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate drivers to join our award winning team in the role of Tour Driver in Europe.

You will be part of a team of two, joining an experienced and knowledgeable Tour Leader in delivering on-the-road experience to our many guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving one of our Tour Coaches across Europe for an extended period of time. We have tours ranging from 7-26 days in duration. Therefore, you must be able to commit to being on the road for much of the Summer Season.
• Planning and communicating effectively and efficiently with your Tour Leader and the wider Operations & Transport Team who will be there to support you along the way.
• Cleaning of the vehicle regularly to high standards and completing basic coach maintenance procedures and inspections.
• Navigating between and throughout the destinations we visit in conjunction with the Tour Leader to successfully deliver the Tour Plan.
• Being part of the group experience as a whole by attending tour activities and getting to know passengers on board.

You always prioritise the safety of their passengers above all. You are organised, yet flexible in your approach, whilst being able to solve problems in a creative manner proactively.

You are professional in your actions at all times regardless of the situation at hand, whilst always considering the bigger picture and experience of our guests.

Requirements:

• Valid UK or EU passport
• Current UK or EU Driving Licence (Class D manual), Driver Card, and CPC
• Ability to be away from home for much of the Summer Season
• High level of English, both spoken and written

Remuneration & Training

Our remuneration is offered to you on a contractual basis with a day rate of pay, an earnable incentive, commissions and a recommended tipping policy.
