Secure your pre and post-tour accommodation on Booking.com
CloseWe understand you may be concerned about making a booking if you still have some uncertainty about your upcoming schedule. As always, we want to make travel possible for everyone, so we’ve added some new features to our tour bookings. We want to give you the confidence and peace of mind that, should your plans change, you have full flexibility to postpone or cancel your coach tour booking.
We want to assure our travellers that we are with you every step of the way! For more information on how we will keep you safe when you travel with us, click here.
If you wish to change your coach tour departure date, you can do so as many times as you wish for any reason. We won’t charge any amendment administration fees so long as the departure date you are moving from is more than 75 days away (90 days or more if your tour is a Rail Tour or has an internal flight).
Please see section B3.1 (Tour Date Changes) and B3.2.1 (Tour packages that include a flight(s) and Rail Tours) of our Terms & Conditions for more details and exceptions.
At Expat Explore we understand that life can often be unpredictable so you can book your coach tour with the comfort of knowing you have 10 days to change your mind, risk free. Just let us know and we’ll give you a full refund of all payments you have made.
Please note: Full payment is required at 60 days prior to departure at which point the offer expires.
Please see section A3.3 (10-Day Money Back Guarantee) of our Terms & Conditions for more details and exceptions.
At the time of booking, you only need to pay a small deposit to secure your seat(s) and lock-in your price. The remaining balance payment of your tour is not due until 60 days before your tour begins.
This gives you peace of mind with your booking, and plenty of time to plan your finances.
Please see section B2.1 (Pricing Exceptions) of our Terms & Conditions for more details and exceptions.
